Melissa and Kevin - Abernethy Center October 2011

I met Melissa when she was gown shopping and we immediately hit it off and started discussing wedding planning. She and her fiance Kevin are the sweetest couple and I was thrilled to be planning their wedding. The theme that they wanted to do was a vintage/fun theme with the colors of yellow and pewter.

The ceremony took place just after dark and the gazebo looked beautiful with all of the lights and the glowing tent in the background. After the ceremony the guests headed to the tent which was very cozy and all decked out for their reception to follow.

 My favorite part of the wedding was during a dance for the bride and groom. Each of the guests grabbed a votive candle and made a circle around the bride and groom as they danced. It was very romantic and such a special moment for the Melissa and Kevin.
